SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR INTERN

Cynthia Liza Creative is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator Intern to help turn our existing content into engaging Reels and posts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin, X, and Pinterest. You’ll be responsible for editing and repurposing content that we’ve already shot into short-form video and visual formats that align with our brand style, mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble existing content into Reels, Stories, and posts
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple social platforms
  • Add captions, music, and hashtags to maximise reach and engagement
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding
  • Stay up to date with platform trends and recommend fresh content ideas
  • Reports to Creative Producer

Requirements:
We kindly require an 8-week commitment of 2 days per week to ensure continuity and creative flow across projects.

In addition, applicants should have:

  • Experience with short-form video editing (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe
    Premiere, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and content best practices
  • Eye for design, layout, and storytelling
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

PR & COMMUNICATIONS INTERN

Cynthia Liza Creative is looking for a proactive and detail-driven PR & Communications Intern to support our brand presence across press, partnerships, and industry relationships. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in fashion PR, relationship building, and communications within a conscious, purpose-led styling and creative business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, organize, and update PR contact lists (press, media, influencers, stylists, agencies)
  • Assist with press day planning, RSVP management, and outreach
  • Draft and edit press releases, pitch emails, and partnership proposals
  • Support communications around campaigns, launches and brand storytelling
  • Monitor industry trends, press opportunities, and potential collaborations
  • Support the founder with admin tasks related to brand visibility and positioning
  • Report to: Founder, Cynthia Liza Gregoire

Requirements:
We kindly require an 8-week commitment of 2 days per week to ensure continuity and creative flow across projects.

In addition, applicants should have:

  • Strong written communication and organization skills
  • Interest in fashion PR, media relationships, or brand communications
  • Confident with email management, outreach, and research
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Bonus: experience with Canva, Notion, or media databases Part-time. Remote with occasional London-based meetings. Volunteer but potential to develop into long term role for the right candidate.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR & PRODUCTION INTERN

Cynthia Liza Creative is seeking a visionary and highly organized Creative Direction & Production Intern to support the creative development of brand shoots, visual assets, and content production. Perfect for someone aspiring to work in creative direction, styling support, or brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creative direction for brand shoots (moodboards, visual references, storyboards)
  • Plan and organize shot lists for Cynthia’s brand, styling services, mentoring sessions, and Conscious Closets
  • Coordinate outfits, props, and location ideas for upcoming shoots
  • Work closely with the founder and videographer to align visual style and storytelling
  • Support on set during shoots (assistant direction, continuity notes, styling support
  • Help ensure brand consistency across all visual content
  • Report to: Creative Producer / Founder

Requirements:
We kindly require an 8-week commitment of 2 days per week to ensure continuity and creative flow across projects.

  • Experience with moodboards (e.g., Pinterest, Milanote, Canva)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Interest in fashion styling, creative direction, or content production
  • Able to work hybrid (remote + some London days for planning and shoots)
